Quality Check & Packing
Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and includes all original tags; place the items securely back in their original packaging.
Pickup Arrangement
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the return package.
Refund Processing
After the returned item passes our quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
